Haha me either... the 212 will be going.

I absolutely loved the 610 I initially tested the titan through. I'm hoping the 810 will be more of that punch and plenty of low end.

The 212 has served me well but I'm going back to 10s!

just watch out when you have to pull out a speaker in one of those boogie cabs. it's almost impossible haha. they sound absolutely amazing though so i'm sure you'll love your new 8x10. you already have experience with boogie cabs but yea...taking out a speaker from a boogie cab sucks!

Haha, I do my best not to blow them in the first place. I really never ever could fathom (haaaa) turning up past mid power on the titan into a 4 ohm load. But I guess the peaks in the power are what blow speakers... Hopefully integrating a compressor into the rig soon.

My M6 Carbine Combo slides into the trunk of my 2006 Five Hundred Ltd. (last ones before they changed the name/branding back to Taurus) with room left for all of my ancillaries. My basses ride in style, inside the cab, in the back seat.

Oh, oh, oh....

And to add to my full blown mesa addiction, as soon as the 810 is paid off I want to get something for smaller gigs and to replace the extremely sterile SWR 210 combo I play through at church... I'm thinking a 4 ohm walkabout 15" combo :cool:.

THEN... THEN... my mesa thirst will be quenched... I hope.

Hey guys,

Could any of you do me a small favor? I'm thinking of buying a Mesa rig in the future (I'm getting a Peavey 450 and Ashdown 4x10 next, as I don't have enough money for a Mesa, and I wouldn't need that sort of power at the moment) but I haven't really heard a Mesa amp on its own, I've heard one in a band situation, but havn't had the chance to have a good listen.

What I'm asking is, could anyone provide sound clips of they're setup? Just a short clip of fingers, pick, slap, anything really, so that I could get some idea of what they sound like.

Thanks in advance to anyone who does.

Oh dude, I'm already jealous....you'll love the Walkabout, too. Can't beleive you're giving up your 12's though, but I did a crazy thing too, got rid of my Mesa 10's. Now my Walkabout Scout is all the Mesa gear I own.
