Mesa Subway 115 with 210 or other 115

UPS just arrived with the 115. He said the other box must have been loaded on the wrong truck. They'll try to get it here today but probably not until Monday. I live in the sticks so I doubt they'll get it here today.
I just moved my SW 212 and 115 cabinets from the garage to the house. It's just started getting down to the 20's here at night. In a month it will get into the teens. I've only been in this cold winter environment since 2020 so I'm not sure what to do. I've left my PA speakers in the garage but not my bass speakers. Should I?
I haven't had much time with it yet. I liked what I heard last night, but I didn't have the time to really feel it out. And I just got back a few minutes ago after leaving the house at 0600 this morning, so no time on it today either. I'll get after it some tomorrow.
The lineup changed a bit. I didn't get to play the 115 yesterday because I was out of town picking up a Subway 215 that was gifted to me. My amp supplies 650 watts per channel at 4ohms and I'm running the 215 on channel 1 and the 115/112 in parallel on channel 2. It sounds amazing, very full and articulate. The 112 can handle 200 watts so I'm not pushing it hard. I'll have more headroom when I swap for the 210 tomorrow. I've only practiced with it and played along with recordings so far. I'm looking forward to playing it with the band. This is really more than I need; had I known I'd be getting the 215, I wouldn't have bought the others. Not complaining though.
The 215 is surprisingly light and maneuverable. The built in casters, 3 handles, and slide rails are well thought out.
Holy cow! A gifted SW215?!?!?! Congrats man! I assume you understand what a huge deal that is. Very cool!
I absolutely do, and feel very blessed. It's an incredible gift. I'm excited to have it.
The 210 arrived today. The previous owner installed a Track-Loc caster set that wasn't mentioned in the ad so that was a cool surprise. The casters are currently off and the mounting plates are shorter than the feet so they aren't in the way.
I removed the Headliner 112 and hooked up the 210 in its place. This setup sounds so good.
Hopefully they installed the Track-locs properly. I know @agedhorse has said in other thread NOT to use the instructions or hardware that come with them as those install instructions and hardware were meant for Powerhouse cabs.
I've had a subway 115 for awhile and have a 210 I'm picking up on Monday. Super pumped!!
Still need to try out my 212 at rehearsal. I'm debating to pair it either with the 115 or my other 112. I think I'll go with the 112. Curious to see how the 3 x 112 rig will sound.
Initial thoughts?
I picked up my SW 2x10 last week, and tonight is the first rehearsal with it. I've been using the SW 15/12 setup for a long while, but I'm pumped to hear the 15/210 in our band mix tonight.
I have yet to hear it in a band mix as I have a cheapy cab at my rehearsal space but playing the cabs together through my WD800 head its massively different. The low end provided by the 210 and the mids provided by the 115 is just amazing. One day I do want to pick up a 112 too.. see what that's about!

I am a long time 112/115 user.
Amazing combo - but I don't dig the 112 solo for what I do.
So thinking of adding either the 210 or another 115 to have 2 good solo options
Hard to say, because the mix we had that night and general FOH setup was less than stellar. We are very controlled with stage volume in terms of not getting into volume wars and balancing things. That said, the FOH engineer had insisted that we turn down a couple times during the check so he could get a good mix, and it kind of gutted my rig and the guitarist's typically warm/crunchy tube head. FWIW, we were significantly lower on our rigs than we usually are at other venues with comparable/better sound. So we weren't asking him to do the impossible. It wasn't horrible, but we heard a recording taken from a device near the board and he was heavy on treble, relied largely on mids to fill things out, and kind of neutered the lows. All that is to say, when I moved back and leaned into my rig and I liked what I heard, but once I stepped forward or went to my pedalboard, I was relying on a pretty crappy sounding wedge. My one take away from when I was standing back by my amp is that what I heard in rehearsal was accurate - slightly less of that gooey/wide low mid punch that the 12 brings, and a bit more clarity, upper mid crunch, and some strong low lows.
SW 115/210 user here. When taking a single cab, I often grab the 210 over the 115, actually. The 210 is a little less mid-forward and actually goes deeper than the 115! It does weigh a few more lbs, but also handles more wattage... not that 500w is anything to sneeze at! Haha!
You already know what the 115 sounds like. If you're happy with that as a single cab solution, then awesome! Adding a second 115 will be more of that, and thicker!
The 210 will give you a deeper, less-voiced (in my opinion) option. It works GREAT with the 115 and makes for a combo that is everything you like about the 115, with a lil added depth and thickness. My 5 strings never sound better than when I have that stack behind me.

I was "certain" on getting the 210 to pair with my 115. 210 was out of stock for a while, which let me do some research about the 212. I went with the 212 and boy, am I glad I did! I've only paired it with my 112 so far, and that was impressive! Unbelievable sounding cab!

The main difference between the 210 and 115 is mid texture. The 210 is a little more raw, the 115 is flatter and a little more refined, smooth yet still mid present.
Thanks - so would it be safe to say the 210 is a little grittier?
Perhaps helping produce a good rock/hard rock tone?
That's my take between the two so far. Not gritty as in a bill in dirtiness, but his description of "raw" rings true. It's got the capability to bite in some frequencies where the 15 is rounder.
