Anybody familiar with these? Might trade my Vintage Powerhouse 215 for one. I'm guessing by the description of "chambered" means its a sealed cab? No tweeter and it doesn't mention tri ports for the 610 or 810.

Mesa Traditional 610.

I got to try the new Prodigy and Strategy amps through one of the sealed 610 cabs up in Petaluma last year. Too much cab for anything I'm doing, but both amps sounded great through the Traditional 6x10.
I've been rockin this for a few weeks and 1 gig. Im getting used to it though a lot different than my VR & 810e.
Not sure about differences between cabs yet but the prodigy is a lot more mid present and seems to have its place in the mix better. The VR has way more headroom & punch. I hear a lot of talk that the heritage can sounds better than the 810e. I would like to plug in someday. I will say the boogie cab is very well built.
Im interested in the voicings between the 2 cabinets.So if you have the opportunity to a/b the cabs with the same amp and settings,I'd love to hear your opinion. 
subscribed. Mesa is currently making me a 6x10 traditional powerhouse to go with the prodigy, hopefully picking it up soon. went with the Mesa over the SVT VR.

I wish Mesa was going to the Alleva Coppolo bassacre show in LA next April 5. They may send some video folks from what i heard. Alleva may get a strategy head and cab from their LA storage to get to the show. Not sure who is coordinating that though .. Just wish Mesa was having a booth.. Would love to try the 610 Traditional

Honestly in a loud practice with drums & a very loud guitar I couldn't tell much difference. Volume was no difference to me. If anything the 810e was just a fuzz brighter but my ears have taken abuse for a lot of years so my reviews probably aren't the most accurate. Can't wait to read Toms review in Bass Gear. Let me know what you think after you get yours. It'll be interesting to hear some other opinions.

FYI, BGM 15 (the issue with the Mesa/Boogie review) is due out at the end of June, early July.
So far, I've been playing mostly through the Traditional PH410, and loving it!
But, my next gig up will feature the Traditional PH810, and in the review, I will of course compare them both to my older PH610 (and my old Diesel 4x10).

Definitely fast, definitely warm. Strong, full low end up through lower mids. Of course, I've only played it so far with the Strategy and Prodigy heads, so some of that may be from them. Initial impressions are very, very good, though.
Here it is. I got it yesterday and had not much time to test it. As you can see my Mashall guitar head had to do the job, only 50 watts.
