Metallic P Bass Tone

Hey everybody sincere thanks for all the feedback. I think the tech that installed the bridge, which is a superior hunk of metal BTW, lowered the action a lot lower than I am used to, simply because he could. Other than that I think it is a combination of the roundwounds and probably the pup. I have a better reissue pup in a beater copy, I will swap that in, put in the Loller bridge that someone mentioned, and some decent LaBella flats. I think it would be better off as a 60's style P than trying to develop a playing style to fit it.

Which leaves me ahead one killer Quan bridge to put on my next project...
