A friend of mine -- a reliable guy -- posted it on Facebook. Says it worked for him. Maybe a trick to it, maybe it expired early? I dunno.
Wasn't a phone-only thing, maybe?
It may be on very limited stuff, too. I've seen coupons stop working on some items last week as soon as they changed some other thing about those items.
Too bad on this, as a -20% online coupon that worked and the 8% eBate would have produced a pretty impressive sale on something that might already be on long-discount clearance.

That's exactly what I was thinking -- 20% plus the ebates 8% would be cool. Maybe it's phone only but I think usually the ones with a code like that work on the website too, right? Usually when it is phone only don't they say something like "call in and mention our holiday sale"? Anyway, I'll check with the guy who first posted it and see if I can get more info.
It works... apply it at checkout where coupons are asked for not at the first place. I used ebates too.

Definitely works. There is a used Ampeg SVT-VR and after the 20% it is $1,050 or something and with eBates drops it well under $1,000!!! Man I need to buy that.
Yep, works for me now too. Though the Ebates is down to 5%. Still, 25% total discount is not bad!

For some reason, there are a number of sites that will pay you 3%-10% rebates on your net amount of purchase from a lot of online stores. It can be paid out to your PayPal account or you can get a quarterly check for your accumulated amount. I got my rebate from SamAsh.Com in my PayPal the same day my bass arrived!
All in all, money for nothing.
