There's an important lesson to be learned here: Watch out with the friends that you surround yourself with, especially if there's business involved, sometimes you may not know what they're doing behind your back, or mis-dealings they get caught up in.

I must be reading wrong or Adam is being very in between the lines, as far as legal action, I don't see it. It looks to me like he just wants to separate himself and his business from any of Mikey's dealings.

Remember this, this issue and responsibility falls squarely on Mike Pearson's shoulders, not Adam's.

+1, I suggest that we lay off Adam and concentrate on the matter at hand, getting the bass built. Also, just a warning to the haters, John Turner has posted in this thread, that means he is watching. I consider him firm and fair from what I've seen but he doesn't suffer fools gladly. Please behave yourselves.

Great point there seems to be a lot of negativity in this thread anyways maybe a new 1 just for the build? That way Alex can look at the thread without getting stressed.

another thing. the point here is that an arrogant buttranger took someone's money, promised the bass equivalent of the 2nd coming, and then absconded with that dough and did his best "go 'way kid, ya bother me" routine. that someone was mike pearson, and he has sole and complete responsibility for this incident.

i don't even know why any other shop was brought into this. i'm sure pearson drives a particular brand of car - let's burn the factory -rabble-rabble-rabble-
