Mini Rigs of Doom Four

Micro rig of doom.
Eden EX110, GK MB200.
Good power, can stand an educated drummer and produce a fair share of low end rumble, and it's very compact and light.
Bass in a gig bag, "cabinet" in a hand and bag with head/cables/charts on shoulder.

Oh.
Well.
The my Mesa head, and LDS 6x8 rig counts.
Along with my Sadowsky, Double bass, stands, etc.

Because I make cheerleaders carry all that in.
I walk myself in, in one trip.

Man, you're talking to a bunch of men. You know we all have different definitions of size. 6 inches to one guy is 3 inches to another....:D

Gigged last night with...
Jazz Bass (in gig bag), ML112, TF550B

It was a quite gig, so not a lot of doom, but I think if I turned up a bit, I could have rattled some windows. AND, I carried the whole rig in, by myself, in one trip!

I don't have a pic, but it is real.

What cab is that? I like the grill.
It was built in my garage about 4 hours before a gig.
The grill came off of a crate BT-100 combo that My brother smashed with a mallet:D. I just spray glued a piece of black fabric over it and wrapped it around the edges. The other hardware was salvaged from a Hartke Pro 2100 with a similar fate.

The woofer has been swapped out twice since then. It was decent with the old speaker, then I put a Carvin speaker in it I got in trade in it and it was better. Finally spent some money on a real speaker, and the port was modified slightly. Now its a little monster in disguise

I love the portability of my EBS gear. Had to bring an amp at the last moment to do a song a couple of blocks from where I live. Quickly grabbed my EBS Reidmar (in a laptop bag) in one hand, a single Neoline 112 in the other, bass plus cables in a gigbag on my back. I did use my car but if I really had to, I could probably have walked the 1/2 mile.

Just snapped this photo for another thread, figured I'd post it here for fun.

The LDS is a 1x8 neo 3-way that I got from Bowlus back in 2006. I think I got the AI soon after. This was the ultimate rig for playing with acoustic guitar players and such while I was living in Chicago.

I'm thinking of selling to get one of the Carvin 2x10 combos, which will better fit my needs these days.
