It is small - maybe not mini, but small. But it does have bottom end.

I am the same as you, the Ubass is too low tension to feel like a bass. I put flats on my Traveler MkII and it feels and sounds great.I don't think they make a lefty bass. Guitar Center is having a sale until March 20 where you get $100 off with a coupon. I couldn't pass that up. I can't gel with the funky strings on and super short scal on the Ubasses. This is 32" scale and uses regular scale strings. Not too big a jump from 34" scale and I can carry it on my bike!
Wow! Some excellent stuff here guys!
It seems that 12's are the new 210's!
From experience
I can tell you that they are not.
One 12" has a speaker surface of 113 sq inches
Two 10" have a speaker surface of 157 sq inches
More surface = bigger sound
Mini?
They are 12"-ers. But still, not mini. But DOOOOM!!! What are the defenitions of mini exactly?
Not by the true definition I saw on here. If those are 15s, that stack weighs close to 100 lbs.
I thought - small in foot print and large in sound! That is my definition of Mini Rig of Doom.
