MIRACLE NEEDED

It's beautiful to see people on a message board like this united in this way - this time in sadness, other times in joy. It makes me even more convinced that true goodness in this world comes from our common humanity and from nowhere else. Here's hoping that Missy goes in peace and dignity when her time comes and that her family draw considerable comfort from her strength.

You guys are the best!

Here's a pic from about a year and a half ago. I'll post it in the thread opener too.

The family was told yesterday that Missy will probably not get to go home.

I agree....I often complain about how "hard" business is and how "stressed" I am......there is NOTHING to be truly stresssed about.....Missy's husband is truly stressed....prayer for strength for him......

thankfulness for people like Missy and her husband...

This really puts things in perspective. We should all take a moment for introspection and be truly thankful for what we have. Hopefully we'll realize that the stuff that is bugging us is likely nothing at all, comparatively.

I'm choked. My thoughts and best wishes being sent from SoCal. There is a lot of strength in that family, inspiring husband for an amazing Missy.

I'm sitting here watching my pregant wife sleep and ever mindful that every second is so very precious, every second.
