Dodgers did pretty much the same in the 10th to snap their 5 game losing streak in game one of two at the Mets today. They also took game two with a great pitching performance by Stone. I actually smiled today.

Giants had 2 men on and not outs in the bottom of the ninth and couldn't score. Guess who struck out? That's right Jorge Soler struck out. The came back in the bottom of the tenth to score off a sacrifice fly by Luis Matos. The comeback Giants win 1-0 against Philadelphia.

Giants drop one to the Phillies 6-1. Two out of three against a great team ain't bad. It's a lot better than getting swept by them like the Giants did earlier this month. My main concern is injuries, Marco Luciano came out in the third inning with a tight hamstring. Hoping it's not serious, lots of SFGiant on the IL right now.
Not worried about young Kyle Harrison, he had an off day but I am sure he will bounce back. Handled a bench clearing incident with Bryce Harper with poise. Not bad for a rookie. Harrison came back and got Harper to hit into a ground out.
Impressed with Bryce Harper too, things happen during games but he later mad it clear that it was just the tension of the moment and it looks like there is no bad blood between him and Harrison.
Next, the Yankess come to town. Looking forward to that.
