MLB 2024

Buehler really stunk up Coors Field tonight. Somehow the Dodgers came back to win a wild one 11-9. Pages is turning out to be the real deal. And Heyward hit a slam in the top of the ninth.

Yamamoto has a confirmed cuff injury. Is it just me who wonders why the Dodger staff is so prone to cuff injuries?

I was rooting for the rookies, is that okay?
Dodgers look like Kings of the Slums with all those sub 500 teams in that division

Maybe the injuries are bad karma for bullying the wimpy kids?

Sure.

I thought the division would be stronger with only the Rockies not being that competitive. It seems like a weaker NL than usual. There are still a lot of games to play so anything can happen in the second half. If the Dodgers get some arms back, they ought to win the west. But then there will a roller coaster ride in the playoffs. I’m hoping Mookie comes back in time with no issues. He caught a tough break. Hopefully they don’t lose anyone else. Guys have stepped up and that’s good to see. Fingers crossed.

A lot of off season saber rattling for no more progress made in that division

Hey, the Mariners are the only team over .500 in the AL Worst. It must be a western thing - one OK team and a whole lot of suck.

Not that I'm complaining a bit. A 10 game lead this early is making me really nervous. They could collapse like the '85 Cubs.

Just an observation. There’s been a lot of squawking on social media about that call

I’m just saying the bully’s need to let the rookies win a few ;)

But it’s will’s fault. I’m pulling for that other coast team now
Magic only works for the Cards, except when it doesn't. And sometimes the Mariners.

I'm watching the game at Rickwood Field dedicated to Willie Mays. Very cool in the effort to look like a game would have at Willie's home field. And I'm glad my Cards get to be a part.

I'm watching at work and this is very cool indeed. I liked the 5th inning where they changed the video and audio to be like watching in the 50's. 4:3 format and all.

Donovan! 2-strike 2-out single to make it 6-3 Cruds.
