Please tell me a Talkbass member snagged the Genesis that was posted on the Guitar Center used site about 36 hours ago! Who snagged it?? It was the most beautiful Genesis I have ever seen: quilted Cherryburst, flame maple fretboard with Barts. Anybody?
Thank you!Congrats!
Evilchuck87, I'm the owner of that black TBX 6 you have pics of on the last page. Sorry, it's not for sale.
Not at home right now, but the string spacing isn't that narrow-I can slap on it no problem (as limited as my slapping abilities are). It IS however ridiculously easy to play for a 6, the neck is very comfortable. And I am no 6 player.![]()

That's a beauty, inthebassclef!
There was a thread of TBX pics on here before, obviously can't last forever though as there's only so many of 'em

Several have the tinted neck option, which I think is gorgeous. I plan on getting mine refinished one day from the solid black, depending on the color I'll see about getting the neck tinted.
Modulus offered it recently (before they shut down), I believe TB'er Angus got his bolt-on Quantum 6 with the blue tinted neck.
Long live Modulus!
