I have been an old school Eden fan for years. The 2X10 Metro has always been my go to rig with Eden. With that said, the Metro amp with two channels seems to have an inherent issue with the channel switch. I have one that has been repaired and still suffers issues in this area. I only use the tube side so I was wondering if anyone has a proper fix for this or is there a way to bypass it to just make the tube side available? Options appreciated. Mark.

I just came looking to see if any Metro users have experienced what i've been dealing with...

What was/are the issues & what was the fix?

mine's a 1998 & ive been the only owner.. this issue knocked her out of being my main giggin amp and has sat dormant far too long & I wanna get her fixed up proper....

Seems that when she gets hot enough the channel selection circuit starts going crazy flipping between the 2... thought maybe plugging in the foot switch would bypass the circuit but nope... same behavior.

I'm hoping its just the lil button on the front panel has just gone bad and need to be swapped out....
and I do use both channels (SS w/ my upright & tube side w/bass guitar)

I have three Metros and the one I play at church is the one that has the same issue and for close to two years now. Just got a call from the third repair man and he supposedly has it fixed. Time will tell and fingers crossed. I will report back if it's a winner. Finding anyone that gas a clue with these old amps is like trying to find hen's teeth. I just can't get away from the tone. It is perfect to my ears.
