Moon landing. Real or Fake?

I was a young kid at the time of the Moon landings and I was also part of the Junior Astronomical Society - we went to events where people followed the events on telescopes - lots of groups did this all over the country!

We physically saw the Apollos going across the Moon - it would have been harder to fake that, than actually doing it!! :eek:

oh fooey!! more convincing material...making me want to cross over to the dark side and become a believer:eek: must resist the urge to beleive in first hand witness accounts,,,,must hold down the fort....

I've seen undeniable truth that the moon landing is fake: My friend showed me some videos of fake moon sets being made, wires picking up Astronauts (things that low gravity wouldn't do), NASA for some reason lost all sorts of reports about the moon landing that they have about ever other space launch ever (oops). Also, when we land a ship on the moon now a days, it always seems to be a crash landing, why was it so easy the first time? There is just too much proof that it's fake. Next time I see him, I'll ask him to hook me up with some of the videos/websites.

I am usually not one to believe conspiracy theories and so forth, but the stuff he showed me really makes me wonder. I am 100% sure the moon landing was fake.

How is that undeniable proof...:hmm:

There's no doubt they did a lot of preperation on earth beforehand - setting up sites underwater and why not have a mock-up to practice what you were going to do - how it would look etc. I can think of hundreds of perfectly reasonable explanations for all of this!

In fact - I remember the TV coverage at the time, had a lot of simulations of what was going to happen in the weeks beforehand - what if these conspiracies have found all that - it proves nothing! :p

Also, when we land a ship on the moon now a days, it always seems to be a crash landing, why was it so easy the first time?

Weather Soviet Union exist or not is debatable. :smug:

Never the less they existed when the event took place... Doubt they would keep this quite... The whole moon thing was a pretty big slap in the space to them, just like Gagarin and sputnik was slap in the face for Americans...

Well... I don't even know why I bother responding to a Lindfield post. 1) I was saying that my friend showed videos, and I'll be getting them and posting them here. 2) I phrased it wrong about the "now a days" I meant to refer to attempts where the moon's gravitational pull caused landings to be less than smooth, whereas the original "moon landing" was smooth as could be: Like a ship being lowered by wires onto the earth. Now a days refering to "we still don't know how to land a ship that smooth" not refering to modern attempts.

What's the explanation for that?

Can we have some precise dates and events - so which "attempts" are we actually talking about?

Otherwise this is just a total waste of time! :hmm:

When he gets up, he kicks up some serious dust, which instantly falls to the earth. Wouldn't that dust fly into the air a bit more than that with such low gravity?

It's not really worth my time... Nor is it worth anyone's time. It's like explaining to someone that Earth is not flat. Just isn't worth it... Sorry... No matter what i say you won't be conviced, it will take time... hopefully... Nor will I become a crazy conspiracy theorist no matter how many videos you throw of me, but by all means, go ahead, I'll have a laugh or two...

Have you notice how almost every video about this "hoax" people who are apart of it are border line insane and for most part they reserve to inappropriate behaviour and insults? Ever questioned why?

That was total supposition!

How about you explain to me how millions of people from countries all around the world, saw the Apollo craft with their own eyes, crossing the moon - through large telescopes?

Hundreds of countries have large astronomical telescopes and other gear which enabled them to monitor the moon landings closely!

Why have none of their governments - many hostile to the US - ever said anything and it's only a few 'crazies' on websites who have...:hmm: ?
