I received my IEM's from 64Audio today and I am quite pleased. The fit is perfect and they sound great. I went with the 64Audio N8's which were done in coordination with Nathan East. They definitely have a warm sound stage and the lows are superb. I've got Saturday and Sunday services this weekend so the IEM's will be used. I'll report back after a weekend of live use. In my home environment playing along with audio I am happy.

Curious about your feedback on the N8’s.
I have the A8’s. I believe the only diff is the dynamic driver for bass in the N8’s, but I get plenty of that with 4 BA’s handling LF on each side.
Ok. I used the N8’s for all weekend events and they are awesome. I couldn’t be happier. The fit is fantastic and they sound killer. Nice and warm yet punchy. No ear fatigue at all and volume can be kept low due to seal and the APEX ventilation.
Regarding imprints, 64Audio has you email multiple photos at specific angles before you ship your impressions. Only after they review photos and approve will they accept your impressions. Maybe this prevents what they see to be common issues with impressions.

Seems I’m in the same boat as @Joe Nerve.
My second set of Sensaphonics came in two days ago. While they are much better than the first set they don’t seal nearly as well as my Shure/Comply combo. Used them last night at my church gig rehearsal.

Yeah... not fun, but I've got my fingers crossed this time with mine. I was emailed yesterday where they said they checked with the 2nd impression I sent and see where the problem is. Something tells me they didn't check that mold the 1st time I sent it for a refit, but who knows? Certainly not me.
I wish you the best. I decided I'm staying on them till we get this right. I did everything as instructed. I'm not going to take an $1100 hit if they're not fitting as they should.

If that worked for black tie affairs and I wasn't up front with the band I'd welcome it. Pretty sure my band would disapprove also.

Yes, I'd definitely stay on them. You deserve to get a product that fits well considering you are buying from a company that is in business to fit users with a custom fit.
I was joking, sorry if it offended anyone.
It seems it could have and that is not my intention.
I wore a pair of them live about 45 years ago when wedge monitors were still kind of rare.

I’m sticking around like a bad rash, too. I’ve dropped $1,130 at this point (including impressions) so I’m not going anywhere.
I expressed my frustration with the process in my latest email. Wait and see.
One reason I went with Sensaphonics is their rated db attenuation. It is greater than other brands I’ve researched.
I'm more than sure, if properly sealed, the Sensaphonics will sound and feel great.

I'd bet both sides of the equation equally desire a good outcome!
Besides, IF they can't do customs then they shouldn't be in business... but to be fair.. it's all about the impressions!
It goes back to the basics of Information Technology - Garbage in= garbage out!
Sadly, the consumer is the one impacted, tho' there is a cost to the vendor for every refit!
Maybe I've been lucky, but the 2 sets of customs I've owned since 2013 (both 1964's) have fit perfectly - Qi's and A8's.
Impressions were from same audiologist - who does them for a local megachurch, for.. yes.. 1964!
Hope you get your issues resolved Joe.. cuz there's nothing quite like IEM's that fit properly!

Same deal here. I've given up on Sensaphonics. Constant struggles with my IEM system are creating issues for the band. We need to get on with our music. Looking at JH Audio as a replacement system.
