I'm in complete agreement with 2saddleslab ! The original Fender Precision Basses from 1951 to about 1955 had the best feeling necks. Usually around .93 to .97 of an inch fat at fret #1. Some had a slight round fat "V" profile from fret #1 to #3 and then went to a fat "D" profile for the rest of the neck. Wonderful rolled edges! IMO, these are the best feeling neck EVER! Fat is best!
