Most "embarrassing" song.....

BTW I heard the GROSSEST song either DURING a wedding, or was 1st dance GREAT song, but omg I wanted to gag.
To Sir With Love.

(I walked down the aisle to the Imperial Death March)

If that is the worst song ever- wow. Why because its heartfelt and sensitive.

Next to anything by ABBA its a masterpiece. ABBA is soulless crap-beautifully rendered - technically perfect - soulless crap.

To Sir With Love next to ABBA is a masterpiece.

Baby Elephant Walk would be a hoot to play, and Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White is a great big band tune. I'd love playing either or both!

I have played in a white dinner jacket band that played a lot of Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, and other classic big band stuff. Loved it!

There are some Steely Dan tunes that I've never liked, including Dirty Work (I think it's whiny), and I don't ever look forward to playing them, but they're certainly not embrrassing.

About the only tunes I can think of that would be embarrassing would be Rubber Duckie and Yummy, Yummy, Yummy.

Yes what is it about Steely Dan. No arguing how well produced and what excellent players but.... too sterile... you got that right -whiny singing. .
