moving to a small apartment -practice amp recommendation

Just get a small cab to use with an existing amp.

I use my Crown Xti 2000 poweramp and Epifani UL410 and just turn it down real low. I'm not kidding. Any amp can be used at super low volume.

Pignose Hog 30 is a nice little amp. I'm in an apartment and I have an Ampeg B50R (discontinued) and no complaints so far, but I don't turn it up much and there is no one below me.

Playing bass through an amp in an apartment is going to annoy someone, even if they are kind enough not to complain.
