They are more than 42lbs,[ /QUOTE]
Not according to the Aguilar website.
Well you know, if its on the internet it has to be TRUE...I'm a "French Model"....Bonjour![]()
about 55lbs, but distributed the "right way" with a convenient carry handle....
They feel much lighter than they are.

with this deal it may be worth having someone add a tweeter.
The spec lists 42 - 2000 Hz
I'm thinking that isn't true either. 42 sounds too good to be true (assuming -3dB) and 2000 sounds low. Those are sub woofer specs - like a 3012LF
So, it feels lighter than spec (even though it's heavier) and sounds better than spec.
And the price we paid is WAY off spec ( list $899. )

And not one link or price was seen...
I used my pair of DB112s at my gig last night. Ran my Lakland Decade through a Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 and I couldn't be happier. Smooth, fat bottom end with just enough mid presence to cut through the mix when needed.
I just received the two LeCover padded covers I ordered on Thursday, and these cabs are going to become my new gigging rig.
