I had one of those head-slapping moments awhile back when I realized that my 1982 Fender Vintage '57 Reissue Precision was itself now an antique. In fact, it is now more vintage than the original was when the reissue was built.

Redundancies are also funny, like the "hot water heater" above. Others that come to mind: "VIN number," "PIN number," "ATM Machine, "GUI interface..."

Incorrect. Uniqueness is binary. Despite common misuse there are no degrees of uniqueness.

Of course, neither "fairly unique" nor "quite unique" is an oxymoron.
