Just finished building this and thought I'd share. It was an awesome experience. I love how it came out! Sorry about the crappy iphone pics..Everything is MUCH more.. well, shiny, in person.

With some discounts going on through Musiciansfriend, it only cost me right around $400. The Seymour Duncan quarter pounders sound amazing too.

I'm also gonna have a P fretless in the lineup soon too - this one is Candy Apple Red with a maple board - similar to one Sting used in the Police. I call it the "Stinger-Pinger".

I was always thinking about building a fretless jazz bass from warmoth and other parts - but now I see all those beautiful fretless p-basses.

Mmmmh - I think the p-bass fretless should have more "growl" in the tone, right?
