My new (cheap from Taiwan!) Antoniosai 7-string

Here's another soundclip. This time a full clip of an original song I'm doing bass for. "Because I Loved You"

Recorded direct through a DI, no effects or compression. Just some bass boost on the onboard EQ. :)

This sounds amazing! Makes me wanna forget building that Warmoth and grab one... conspiracys and scams be damned!

Where's your canoe? :p
Just started reading this thread, but so far I like what I'm seeing!
Headstock needs some kind of Tobias-type shaping, imho...

Only if you can find the shop :eyebrow: , and I doubt it does exist in Taiwan.
I'm from there, and I haven't seen any of his instruments on display in ANY music stores. One can buy his stuff only from internet, even in Taiwan.
It looks like some Chinese OEMed basses, like FINA or Adonis, which are actually made for Taiwanese instrument merchants, but with higher grade.
Yeah, I have a feeling that I wouldn't find it...Too bad my Mandarin is pretty bad and my taiwanese absolutely sucks, so I'd have a hard time gettin around (What can I say, parents speak in chinese, and I just respond in English...:))

Anyways, it'd make for a fun little adventure...or something.

Did your bass actually ship from Taiwan, out of curiosity?
