Only if you can find the shop , and I doubt it does exist in Taiwan.
I'm from there, and I haven't seen any of his instruments on display in ANY music stores. One can buy his stuff only from internet, even in Taiwan.
It looks like some Chinese OEMed basses, like FINA or Adonis, which are actually made for Taiwanese instrument merchants, but with higher grade.

Yeah, I have a feeling that I wouldn't find it...Too bad my Mandarin is pretty bad and my taiwanese absolutely sucks, so I'd have a hard time gettin around (What can I say, parents speak in chinese, and I just respond in English...)

Anyways, it'd make for a fun little adventure...or something.

Did your bass actually ship from Taiwan, out of curiosity?

Wow, great tone for a great price! Looks aren't half-bad, either.

I'd take the poor routing and finish quality in exchange for good fretwork anyday. If it sounds good and plays well, what's not to like?

Me too. Looks like a Peavey Cirrus or Millenium. Nice top on it too.

7 strings for really cheap is really tempting, but there is no way I would use the F# in normal situations.

I guess I could use it to tap with...

My family/girlfriend/guitarist would kill me though.

It seems some of his stuff is very classy, as with this one. The inlays are still a little over the top, but oh well.

The funny thing is his best stuff (pre-inlay) seems to be bodies that have abalone everywhere..
