6 string of guitar and 4 string of bass or 5 string of bass technology is the future!

If I were you, budman, I would license his technology so I could get in on the ground floor.
That's a hilarious pic!!!! Well done!

Back in 1992, after six years of playing, it was the time in which I took the bass seriously and became obsessed with practicing and gathering all the knowledge about the instrument I could. Then I bought the Guitar Buyer's Guide just for drooling on all the beauties listed there. At the end of the mag there was a list of all the manufacturers included and I underlined all those ones that only offered basses (or guitars on a very low scale) like Alembic, Zon... and the Santucci TrebleBass was there. Since it was the only instrument offered by that manufacturer (no pics included) I thought "OK. Seems to be a bass" and went into my list. I wrote all of them (no e-mail back then) asking for further information and Santucci gave me a really bad impression, which is confirmed after 14 years. Just for a comparison, check the reply sent by Alembic and the one sent by Santucci:

OMG... talk about a mood swing. I watched that whole thing with my jaw open, unable to react as if someone caught me with a "***" face and hit pause.

Five minutes after it was over, someone unpaused... and what started a soft chuckle evolved into a classic hilarious breakdown, complete with tears and abdominal spasms. Reading some of these reaction posts only made my collapse into uncontrollable laughter even worse.

As for ol' boy... he's the worsest.
