Met Stuart at the Arbiter Music fair here in the UK last week.... and grabbed a quick pic with the man himself and my 1976 SB1 which he also signed for me (on the back of the headstock).
I also discussed my next custom order bass with him which will come from the Czech workshop. I hope to get it ordered before xmas!

Spector basses are the ultimate bass porn for me.
Truly impressive collection! Not much else to say other than I'm GAS-ing for at least 2 more. (I have only one at this point.) I'd like a fretted and a fretless with a truly naked fingerboard (unless my current fretless that was a conversion of a fretted).

I think my eyes have gone wrong. -blinks- Is it just me or do I see 14 beautiful Spectors in front of me? I'm probably hallucinating.

Exactly. Some guys think nothing of dropping $50 twice a week to play golf. And then after 36 holes, what do you have? Love to see your other basses sometime.

I had a quick unplugged twiddle on it when I was repacking it, it's a very nice bass. I don't know how it will compare against all your other awesome Spectors though!

Fantastic collection! Although I'm surprised to see the lack of an NS1. If you can get your hands on one, I HIGHLY recommend them! Here's mine.

I had the incredible good fortune to be given a brand new Pre-Kramer cherry red NS2 in 1986, and it remains my favourite bass to this day. Still plays as well as the day I first picked it up, if not better!
Consider me added to the list of potential suspects should anything happen to your collection, although I'll have a solid alibi: I promised my NS2 I'd remain faithful to her through thick and thin, flats and rounds...
Of course this fidelity can be wavered when it comes to fretless and acoustics!
