I got 22 and I think they said that 18.4 was average for the population and over 32 was autistic...?

It takes a lot more than "Geekiness" to get an Aspie diagnosis. Some of us aren't even that geeky.Some people think that asperger's syndrome is a way for the masses to pathologise geekyness, and that's right in a way. But i think it is a useful and interesting measureable trait, which if someone is having dificulties can be helpful to know, and if someone has no difficulties can be just interesting.
If someone has a high AQ but also a high IQ they tend to be able to compensate for a lot of the weaknesses and build on a lot of the strengths. Associated conditions like OCD can also have a big impact on people.

I may be flirting w/ that "related disorder" thing. But in this case, ignorance is bliss.

Depends how you define "geekiness" I suppose.
Might also be worth noting that Asperger's shows up quite differently in females than it does in males.
