Warwick Hoy- The dude selling AVATAR cabs in Aus must be on a $$ scam or be getting riped off himself. Out here in AUS the AVATAR cabs are very close to what a similr Bergantino will cost ya. :-(

I have a BLX 1x15 that to be honest I'm not horribly ecstatic about. It doesn't seem to be a very punchy amp. Might be better when paired with a 4x10 - I do tend to prefer 10's over 15's. The SWR 350 is a nice little amp, I don't you'll have a problem with that part by any means. Really I'd just try it, and if you like the sound go for it.

my uncle has made his own cabs, I'm sure I could get some help from him.
in response to the comments about a 4x10 1x15 rig, that was one of the things that attracted me to the original rig. but now that i've pretty much been put of the GK backlines I might try the same 4x10 1x15 setup with Warwick cabs and the profet 5.2 instead... I just stopped in this morning and they have them available so I'm taking my bass in this arvo for a jam.
