you do realise that the bongo 6 is gonna be $2000+ like all EBMM basses but I guess that hasn't stopped anyone here.Hopefully Fender's introduction of a double octave P-Bass will put some people on their toes....

if God allows, I will be there and have a shiny new Nordy vJ5 .
see you guys there !
well, the Nordy may be passive.. not decided yet, but i do have a newfound affinity for passive basses. Got a hold of a white Lakland DJ5 that sounds great passive and will now go to my bass playing fiancee. The Nordy was going to be trans white, but ... two white basses in one house? So I am trying to decise what color. Of course, Ash and Maple board.. pearloid blocks, binding, Fat Stacks.. etc..G said:A shiny new Nordy? Do tell.
Adrian, we're all glad that you have been blessed with good spirits and humor.
Although, you do like your bass loaded to the gills...![]()
i hear ya! i have until monday to decide.. i guess there is no law against two white basses in one household. I was thinking also: natural, trans black ( which can look crappy on ash ) and a classic burst.. or something really , really crazy.. i don't know what. Sorry to hijack this thread!steve21 said:Adrian, maple board + pearl binding begs for a white bass.
Go for it!
I'd really like to go to a NAMM one day. This year it starts on my 17th birthday.![]()

i mean who's kidding who here....and i don't even really like bongos but the news of a 6-string (silohuette style or not) intrigues me.

Apologies to whoever is offended by a double-octave Precision Bass.....

If I have some of my stock basses completed in time, I am going to send them to Carey and he's going to display them in the Nordstrand Pickups booth.todd 4ta said:I was totally kidding, and I meant it would be cool if Nino had a Valenti booth. Maybe he's working on it....
