Vic is right! Very hard to take pics if you are not there at 8 or 9 in the morning before everyone comes in and the madness begins.

I am fortunate to be an exhibitor this year and last so I took as much pics that I could when I was there early.

Hidden point here too is that you can't get in early UNLESS you have an Exhibitor badge (which probably most of us posting here didn't have... including everybody from Bass Gear Magazine).

Otherwise, you gotta' wait until the "normal opening" (10am) and just deal widditt.

Yeah, but that's a SMALL part of the show relatively (tho Nordstrand, Sadowsky, and AC were all down there), plus, really, 30min doesn't buy you near as much as an hour or two for scurrying around and taking pics.

Anyone have a link to the warwick press release (if there is one) or similar details about the blue warwick bass that has been pictured throughout this thread? Is that a wooden bass or a metal (surely not) one?

Any details (model, price, production model or fantasy) would be appreciated.

Man,I didnt get to make the trip at all this year.It was in the plans,then had to pull out.But Ive actually been keeping up with these.I love the soundclips Ive heard,but thats hard to tell much other than the fact it records well.I have an F already and really like it.Plays fantastic,and Im sure this one is no different.I cant wait to get your take on it once you've had some time with it.

They had a model called the Streamer Chrome Tone, I believe, with a similar finish but just silver. Looks like a custom shop variation. Yeah, metallic finish over wood.

Awesome bass but I could without the skanky toothpick in the background! I have really come to love the Thumb again. Hey, I might even buy one in richer days.

Personally, I think I like her more than that bass, or the shiny blue one for that matter....I have been looking into the info as to who she is, I am more impressed with her and her band than the bass....sorry wick lovers.....

Oh, and as far as NAMM goes, I am hereby offering my services as an employee for 4 days, for anyone with a booth. I will be the guy that stands there, plays stuff and does so poorly enough to make anyone else in the booth look and sound good.....or go to your closest rivals booth and make their gear sound horrible....

The only thing I don't like about that bass is the 2 piece pickguard (at least that's what it looks like from the "real-life" pictures). But that's such a minor detail...
