Hey! Hey hey hey hey hey!!!

Info! Please?

The top one seems a "800" version of the TSA-500 in a "Little Mark" form factor... pratically the DREAM AMP! i can see there are 2 channels (solid state and tube i suppose) and a MIX pot to mix them like on the TSA-500. I tried the TSA here in Italy and it rocks. I already bought an SD800 recently and I am totally happy and blown away with it, but this "LM tube 800" thing is absolutely GASsing me :hyper:

He and Vinny were working on a Pope signature bass with a different body style....but I haven't heard anything about it for quite some time.

My bass was made in about 2000. It's the only bass I own. The new one is becoming a reality. The last time I was up there we glued up the body slab. Next step is to make a template for the new shape and cut the pr!ck out. I'm psyched!!!!!

What are the woods used on your current instrument?-and what are they going to be on the new one?
-Just curious :)

The current one is a solid Koa body and a one piece maple neck with a birds-eye fingerboard.

The new one will be a Mahogany body with a pomele sapele top and a 3 piece maple neck with Ebony. 24 fret with removable top 4 frets section. Bolt-on. Extended B, angled headstock this time (the last one was a flat headstock, hence the string tree).

Very nice. Mahogany/maple/ebony just works every time. That's one of my favorite combinations....and I've always preferred bolt on necks. That should be an incredible bass, especially with Vinny's touch.
