NBD: 1959 Precision!!!

That pickguard has held up extremely well. Would be cool to see a close up shot of the tort pattern on it.

It looks like ash to me, but I'm not an expert by any means. I have a alder P bass (1963) and an Ash telle, both Sunburst, so I'm going off that reference with respect to the grain lines in the wood.

Thanks. Mine looks different (wider grain pattern), so likely Ash I'm guesssing.
