Great bass! The slab body really forces you to play a bit different
Enjoying it so far. Hoping to see how it fares against the rest of the herd today

I got $1000's tied up in active/passive, 34"/35", carbon/maple/mahognay neck, 4/5/6 strings. The last 4 years I ignore them all,my only interest is single coil P-basses. It appears you have saw the light too

I’ve that in model Butterscotch (or school bus yellow as some call it.) I strung it with GHS Precision Flats. It’s a keeper for sure!

Nice! That’s a keeper for sure. You don’t see too many MIJ/CIJ basses in ash....at least I don’t.

I agree with the comments that these dont pop up for sale very often. Glad i could score it
So far its a great bass. Appears it has a hum-cancelling pickup (split in the middle of cover), but im ok with reducing noise wherever possible.
Spent most of the afternoon playing it and my other basses. It definitely has something going on my other ones dont. I like the smaller guitar sized frets quite a bit. Think Dingwall is putting smaller frets on their basses, and i can see why
