My deal was a little complicated with trade in, but I would say that if you can get below $2K you did good. I think the MSRP is $2400.

I couldn’t wait any longer. Several flavors all of a sudden showed up at a local retailer. I tried walnut, mapleglo, jetglo, and matte black (fireglo already sold). I dug the walnut most because of the fast feel of the neck, and it seemed lightest. I cancelled my out of state order. I was happy to support a local retailer.

Awesome axe. I’m glad the folks at Rickenbacker finally got rid of that stupid bridge pick-up cover, and upgraded the bridge. That is a huge improvement.

My God that looks awesome!!! All basses should be 5-string, I shake my head at all those who just stick to 4 their whole lives.
