Thank you all for the infos guys, I was looking for some infos regarding the 500N weight as I have a bad back and chronic back pain, so...
I was looking for a light Ibanez (always!!!) bass to replace my beloved GR300 (2012-2013 era) which weighs 6.56lb (2.975Kg) so this one looks like it's a bit heavier but still very light for a bass.
That bass seems to check all my boxes, including the Nordstrand hum pickups and the adjustable bridge.

Any issues with setting intonation at the bridge when switching strings? I've read a lot these Monorail bridges not having enough adjustment room to properly intonate with lighter gauge strings, though most of what I saw was in regards to the Premium series SRs.
I believe that issue is mainly the 5 string models, and the B string. I have not heard of anyone running out of adjustment room on any of the 4 string models.
No issues setting intonation with the Super Steels. I haven't really paid close attention to how much room is left for the saddle movement either way.
I can post a pic of how the saddles are positioned when I get home tonight.
Here are a couple of pics of the way the saddles are positioned on my SR505N. Looks like there is still room for the saddles to move either way.
What's cool is that I learned all of my basic chops on a cheap Ibanez SR400 in gunmetal green. Fantastic instrument and the skinny neck is still something I remember fondly.

It arrived! It plays nicely, but I only had a minute to try it. I hate new strings, so that will be the first mod. I have La Bella Black Tapes on my SRF700, so I’m thinking of trying the IMA strings. This bass will be slapped, but I can’t stand zing at all. I’m more into old school tones. 70’s Funk. What are you guys using for strings on yours?

I have D'Addario Black tapes, med gauge on my SR1350B. I like them on that bass, but I only play fingers, no slap. Pressure Wounds might sound good on it for slap.
I’ll never take the black tapes off my fretless! Love them, just not sure how they’ll sound slapped.
Weight and balance on these SRs is outstanding. I wish all my basses were like this.Beautiful
7.2lbs are lighter than certain short scale Squier Bonco bass.....

Soundgears are fantastic.
The first time I tried a Soundgear (don’t remember which model), I loved it and decided if I ever got another bass, there was an excellent chance it would be a Soundgear. Over several years whenever I was in a store and saw any Soundgears, I had to play them.
I played GIOs, and lower end full sized ones, I played higher end ones. Loved them all.
But I never took the step,of getting a second bass until I decided to play fretless. Tried various brands, but nothing clicked until I found an SR500F. I knew before I even played it, just holding it, that I was going home with it.
