Truly - I'm still pinching myselfWow! A true unicorn! Nice snag!
Good questions - there are more guitarists that used them but I've yet to find definitive facts about his bass - so far I've learned his guitars are pretty rare and the basses are even more rare. The thing plays like a dream and sounds amazing. It's definitely in the same league as a Steinberger, a Kubicki Ex-Factor and a Parker bass. (I've owned/played all three)Any idea how many of those basses were made? Who else uses (or used) them? I’ve seen Stomu Takeishi play one with Henry Threadgill, and I know Mick Karn used one on his last couple albums, but that’s it.
Exactly! I thought the same thing! I'll shoot some pics of them together! If you imagine the neck on the other side of the body, it could be a modern cousin of your Tonika
Very nice bass !
