Congratulations. Looks great - I've swapped my pg for black - it makes the Cruz teal colour look slightly different - yours is making me think about changing back again!

Its funny, when I saw yours I thought; I should get a black pickguard! But the more I play this one, the more I think the white Pickguard looks correct against the Cruz Teal (which reminds me of a '57 T Bird). It just works together. I think I'm going to enjoy this bass just as-it-is. The irony is when I first saw it, I thought; that color is too HOT and loud for me. And now? ...I LOVE it. ...Very much so.

After playing the Stingray Special 5H on several gigs now, I am more and more impressed with the neck shape, neck profile and string spacing. I simply play this bass more fluidly. Maybe the Ernie ball Slinky Bass strings help too. This bass makes me wish I could have a 5 String jazz bass with the same neck shape, profile and string spacing. It fits my hand like a glove!!

The G&L 2500M would impress you, I am confident, both when it comes to ergonomics and sound.
