NBD: Never been amazed like this

Very nice; same Aguilar pickup and preamp as in my fretless short scale Spector CTB, but still very different instruments. :-) Have fun!

At some point I had Mayones Jabba and indeed, they make gorgeous instruments, somehow pulling off "signature" sound out it. Congrats to OP!! BTW - my New Years resolution is to stay away from NBD posts as I tend to day-dream with credit card in my hand way too often.

Seeing the list of basses that you either owed or still have then this bass has to be a total Monster..! Now I'm completely messed up cause now I'm gonna be in the hunt for one of these.. Although a time back this year a guy sold me a Mayonnes Case gig bag and I asked why he didn't want it and he stated that the bass was meant to to in a HSC at all times..
Guess these basses have a rep!! Good looking bass there my friend! Enjoy!!' Give us some further reviews when you get a chance!
Thanks.

I think that bass looks like it was colored with crayons, and it probably sounds like you're playing through an old coffee can. OP, you probably have some newlywed fantasies blinding your ears. Send the bass to me, and I'll give you a sound second opinion. Just PM me for my address. I'll even cover shipping. It's really for the best.

Wow! That's about as beautiful as they come. Utterly out of my price range, but beautiful just the same.

I expect it sounds and plays every bit as good as it looks.

Congratulations on your new bass.
