NBD: Squier Vintage Modified Precision Bass

Oh man.

I picked this up for $150 intended to my beater bass and practice bass, but it turns out...I love this thing. The Duncan-designed pickups are loud and they roar! The wood grain is amazing...it looks even better than the sunburst one on my FrankenP.

The neck is unfinished for the most part; there is no lacquer or coating on the front or back of the neck. The back has some light coating of satin, but it doesn't feel anything like satin. Very easy to move up and down this neck.

Much lighter than my other Precision. I could easily strap this on for hours without getting a shoulderache.

I am thinking of moving all my good hardware and electronics into this P.

I don't care if it says Squier. This bass is amazing and for $150...hard to beat.

Timing is everything...

Hi again, another squier has turned up, but this time its a korean squier from 1989. Are these anything special? Price asked is more than a new VM!
