NCAA Football 2016 Week #11

Leonard Fournette wasn't going to play against Florida. He sticks his nose in a pre-game argument between LSU and Florida players, and ends up shoving a Gator coach twice. Then he goes to LSU coach Orgeron and says he wants to play, and Orgeron starts him after all. Lovely.

That was tough watching Charlie Strongs post game press conference. He knows he's fired, you could tell just by the way he answered questions. I feel bad for Coach Strong. He seems like a better coach than how it's turning out for him at Texas.

The Cougs weren't quite there yesterday. Colorado did a good job of taking away yards after the catch, which is critical to Wazzu, and Falk's touch on deeper passes just wasn't there. The CU QB did a tremendous job rushing the ball near the goal line (more than 100 yards) and Wazzu never came up with an answer for it.

Still, it was a "pick 'em" game until the 4th quarter.

Congrats to the Buffs, and the Cougs have something to prove against the dawgz when they come to Pullman for Friday's Apple Cup!

Go, COUGS!

I agree it's a tough gig but it's Texas and football is a religion down there I'm surprised he lasted that long.
