You can print out radius guides, then cut them out and see which radius matches your fretboard.
I believe that Kinman pickups has the radius guide on their webpage.
Neck width has no effect on the fingerboard radius. At least through 1988 when I quit music retail, all Fender basses were 7.25" radius. The first time I ever heard Fender mention radius was the introduction of the Standard and Elite instruments in 1982 or '83.
Now the back contours will be all over the place over different years, different models, and even vary hugely between different specific instruments within the same eras.
