Need some good praise and worship suggestions

Don't know if this is the correct area to post this but anyway. I'm looking to get some suggestions for some songs that have a groove-ability to them the church loves it when the grooves makes them move and helps them remember why they're there. Looking for specific songs, artists whatever i can get. thanks guys love this place.

Well, depending on what you're looking for, you might try My Redeemer Lives and Trading My Sorrows. Both of those are fairly easy to work with and can be given a solid groove.

Wow - direct hit! I was going to say Trading My Sorrows. The bass chords on this are great. (Are 2 notes a chord?)

Casting Crowns - Until the Whole World Hears has some cool grooves in it for bass. Really there are lots. Some other bands off the top of my head:
Kutless, Tree 63, Fireflight, Jesus Culture, DC Talk, Tenth Avenue North.

I think what makes the church grove is kind of ethnic and regional specific since they must be know the song already. There are those who will fact check new songs against their Bible before they approve and let themself go.Is this for a special performance or a newly planted church? Many times just a new arangement can get a church moving like with Tomlin's reworking Amazing Grace for the movie soundtrack or many of the "greatest Worship Songs" of the past 25 years being worked up for different genres.

The Insyderz have some really neat versions on Skalelluia albums (I probably spelled that incorrectly). Their version of Jesus Draw me close and Morning Into Dancing are fantastic.

Newsboys have a few good ones as well; I'm Not Ashamed, It is You, Devotion just to name a few...

Anything by Jesus Culture, David Crowder Band, Hillsong (don't become a hillsong exclusive band though) and 10th ave. North. Gungor has some truely great stuff too. But really always make sure the groove doesn't get more emphasis than the god you're praising

Charlie Hall, Marvelous Light - fun upbeat & poignant
all thse songs are worth a listen at least.
