Need some help with an older Washburn

Hello all. I have a Washburn Mercury Series MB2 that I bought new in 1993. It has p style pickups that I'd like to upgrade to these EMGs.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if these will fit without modifying the body? Washburn was -zero- help.

Well I just got home and took a ruler to the pickups in my Washburn. They're standard P-Bass size so I went ahead and ordered the EMGs. I'll let y'all know how it sounds.
