Need some opinions

So right now I have a mm stingray 4H maple fretboard, and I want to sell it and get a geddy lee jazz bass. Do you guys think this is a down grade? Or upgrade? I'm thinking about selling because, The stingray has a fat neck and it doesn't feel comfortable to me.

Our opinions don't matter in the long haul. Play them both. Choose the best bass for you. If you already don't like the Stingray neck, then there isn't really a question, is there?

I noticed in your profile that you had a MIM Jazz bass. What didn't you like about it and what made you think you'd like a Geddy Lee Jazz?

Total downgrade. If the SR neck is too fat, look for a Stingray SLO or an EBMM Sterling. The Sterling has a thinner neck than the SR and the SR SLO is an SR with a Sterling neck.

If it is only the neck you do not like, try a Sterling. They have small necks & sound like a Music Man.
