Need some string suggestions!

This has become a "what is your favorite string?" thread.
Good luck, OP. The answer is simple and is the same for many questions like this: MONEY.
Try a few sets and you'll know what you like, and I hope you don't go broke beforehand.

For me Elixir coated stainless steel is the best. Smooth feel and open pianoish tone. Yes they are not too much bright (which is good at least to me) but you reach that brightness with other brands after 2 weeks and the good news is they keep the tone at least for 6 months. My strings now are 14 months and i can't change them yet. Still sounds good.

So I recently tried these out, and a LOVE the sound of them, but the problem is they dont last long at all.

Im not really looking for anything in particular. Just looking for some new strings to try out. Open to anything really other than flats, and no rotosounds. Havent had good experiences with them.
Don't know how much hours do you played ina a day, whith these strings, but i woulds say that they can be used for a 1 year, at least.

i prefer the la bella nickel plated series to their RX series, but they're not as easy to find.

La Bella Strings
available in 40-95s and 45-105s (i use the 40s)

on the other hand, i talked to la bella, and the RX series is available in short scale while they discontinued the nickel plated series short scales.
