Nice little bass. A racing stripe with a tort, that particular tort, IMO make it look rather dowdy.

Easy fix: White pickguard on the bass with white stripes. Tort pickguard on the yet-to-be-purchased bass with tort stripes.

I did white pearloid on mine, but I thought long and hard about tort after seeing a vintage one like this on reverb (lake placid blue, light racing stripe, tort guard). I love the look
