Several good tries, but no winner.

It is the glass snake AKA legless lizard. It has the internal layout of your typical lizard (which is different than a snake), including small nodes on it's skeleton wher it's legs used to attach. It also has a breakaway tail that regenerates like a lizard, the only "snake" with that capability.

Correct again, it was a Harley. Lennier replaced the engine because he didn't think having and internal combustion engine in a confined space with limited oxygen was a good idea. I can't think of any more Babylon 5 questions right now.
