Nerdy Geek Trivia

Harcourt "Harry" Fenton Mudd

Shake 'n' Bake?
...that's what Van Loen (the suit leading the investigation) called them.

That was the slang for the type of colony that it was, not it's actual name.

Wasn't lv-426 also known as Acheron? Though I saw that referenced somewhere once.

Acheron was the name of the planet. In the first movie Alien the planet was unsurveyed and thus only designated as LV426.

Oh and MIRV: close enough.

In military slang, particularly army aviation military slang, what is a blivet? Hint, it is not a devils fork, which is sometime referred to as a blivet, and it is not lighting a fart. That is a blivit.
Hint, the correct answer is actually a 2 parter, as it has multiple meaning depending on context. One is an object and the other is a situation.

Part 1 of 2 is an inflatable (usually fuel) storage system. Kinda like a big water balloon.

It's not really inflatable, but it is a big cylindrical rubber fuel transport bladder moved as a sling load (usually) under a chinook.

No takers on part 2?

Here's an easy one? What tops the washington monument?
