Never Say Never: Sexy Band Name Needed.

Yep, it's an internal time clock thing. When they all hit 27 they get this overwhelming urge to move to NYC. Damnest thing I ever saw. :help:

Nobody knows what happens to them after that....sad really

Not too worried about that. She owns a business in town and has a kid. This is a sideline for her and really for the band as well. We are already a working 3-piece band. And it doesn't matter what we name the new incarnation. If she splits we go back to the old name and carry on.

Thanks all for the name and song ideas.

Bert, I was taking off on what Blue said and being facetious; please excuse my poor attempt at humor.

I got it and chose your response to quote to respond to all the "she's gonna leave ya" posts. Again I'm not worried about it. No band last forever and we don't have to have a singer for the 3-piece. In fact a portion of our tiny fanbase is a little upset at the new direction.

I have had good luck playing with women as long as they do not turn into divas and always help load in and out. I actually drummed in a band that had a female keyboard player in 1972 who was the ex-girlfriend of the guy she replaced in the band. Before she left she also lived with the bass player and the first lead player. Then, three years later she shows up to manage another band I was in and lived with that bass player and hit on my girlfriend...she was a real trip.
