New 2014 Fender Rumble 410 & 115 cabs

Has anyone had the chance to try either the 410 or the 115?
If so I'd be very interested to know how they sound. I'm on a budget and I'd like to know if these are decent cabs for the money.
I already own a Genz Benz Focus 115 cab, and I was wondering whether or not these new 2014 410 & 115 cabs by fender are essentially the "next generation focus cabinets". Any thoughts on this?

ps. I should also mention I tried a search but got no results, and I can't seem to find any opinions on the new 2014 rumble series cabs.

I don't know much about the focus series by Genz Benz but I just acquired the Fender Rumble 115 cab. I'll need more time and maybe a gig or two to see how it holds up. However based on my playing it solo so far, it sounds incredible. Great bottom end tone you'd expect from a 115. Its pretty light, I was able to walk around carrying it on it's side from one of the two handles. I plugged it into my GK 700RB and it really took well to it. However take my review with a bit of a grain of salt since I haven't much experience with amp/cab rigs and this is my first I've owned. I've played rigs before owned by others though. I don't know if it was purely the amp or if the cab made the difference but I finally found by perfect rock tone with this combination (Presence at 3, Contour off, Treble rolled off at 10, High Mids at noon, Low Mids at 3, Bass at 4, and Boost at noon).

If you're looking for an inexpensive (relatively for being new) 115 cabinet this is a solid choice. I can't speak towards reliability since I've only owned it for a few days but it sounds great and I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it.

Just received the Rumble 115 v3 (2014) cabinet (300 watt w/3 position tweeter). I have an Aguilar TH500 and 2 Aggie GS-112 cabs that I normally use... wanted something with a bit more 'cone space' for the occasional outdoor gig. I only have one or two of those gigs per year- so I didn't want to go 'high-end'! (got it for $215.00- new)

I used it, yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised with the tone, depth and volume capacity! In fact- I just ordered a second one- so I can get all 500 watts outta my Aggie head. It is 39lbs.- so that's a plus as well. The only thing I don't like, so far, is that the covering seems more like heavy contact paper- as opposed to strong tolex... but I am very careful with all my stuff- and I don't figure to be using it all that often- so it should hold up well... it also includes wheels- :laugh: - at 39 lbs- I think I can just carry it

The Fender Rumble 115 cabs are the very best sounding non-neo 15's on the market at any price. Many won't like it, and many will deny it, but the truth remains.
:cool: Fender Rumbles Don't Cost A Million $$$$$$$$. They Just Sound Like They Do :cool:

Yea- I looked at a few other 2x10's that measure the same- but I prefer 'matching' components! Hoping a 2x10 might come available- in the new Rumble series. I have several 12" combo's and cabinets- so I will use them for 'smaller' stuff... will be using the Rumble 2x15's for bigger things!

Reminds me of the 'old days'- when I used multiple Peavey 15's... EXCEPT- I've cut the weight by about 70%! :thumbsup:

I was interested in the 115 cab and I saw a CL ad for one about an hours drive away. So I went and took my GB shuttle 6.2 with me so I could hear it. Well it sounded great and I bought it, it was basically brand new but the guy had the 500 combo and was disappointed that the dimensions didn't match with the 115 cab so I got it for $200. It sounds so good, that 15 is NOT a bass freq drench, it has very precise tone in the high-mids which is why I bought it.

So I bought another to go with it and have gigged the stack with both my GB and Carvin BX500 amps. Those are some really nice sounding cabs, I don't know how they got them so light and the dimensions so tight but for players who move stuff around every week and want great tone, this stuff is REALLY good.
