I think it is a great idea. It will create lots of opportunity for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to load bullets at home. What a great new cottage industry! Just think of the possibilities for diversification for those in already engaged in other "home based businesses" involving agriculture and pharmaceuticals.

With the job market drying up and the possibility of food riots on the horizon it is definitely an idea whose time has come.

No kidding... their ammo is ridiculous... even for the odd calibers...

exactly. with about 160 million firearms in this country, what does the govt think will happen if they REQUIRE people to destroy old ammo?
