New ampeg speculation - A true B15 Reissue?

I've pretty much decided to get the PF500 w/1x15 (though my better judgement says I should wait a bit, hear some reviews) My impulsive side wants to order them ASAP Does anyone when these should be available for sale/presale? I guess NAMM is the debut, does that mean they go on the market at that point? (I have no idea how NAMM and new product releases work)

Probably after NAMM. They were up on a few sites, but the pages were taken down shortly after the pics were posted on here

The Heritage CL wasn't actually shipping until well into the summer. If I recall correctly, it took some time for the Micro-SVT to show up as well after it was announced at NAMM.

It's interesting that the retail outlets leaked the new product just before Christmas. It entices anyone contemplating a purchase to hold off until after NAMM. The retail stores know what the score is in terms of when they are allowed to start advertising. The products were posted just long enough for the pics and prices to get out via the retailers. By doing this, Loud appears to be assuring people that the products will be in the stores soon after NAMM.

Nothing wrong with this. Smart marketing.

They had a few of these amps ready to go for promo shots when they did the heritage B-15 so the optimist in me wants to think that they'll be shipping a bit sooner than the summer, but then again if they're just a small pre-pro batch for testing prior to taking orders, then it may be summer before they're available in the general population.

I would love to have a tube one.
The Heritage model is certainly out of my reach, so it would be great if they continue to produce some tube models after the limited run.
Hoping..

That would be a bad move by Ampeg. Investors buying the tube ones wouldn't be happy with diluted prices from cheap ones being made by the same company.

Ampeg has this new line of SS that is going to be a big seller anyhow.
